Shipping policy

Shipping to USA and Canada

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from when your order is finished being made. Items are made to order, please check item descriptions for production times.  We ship Monday - Friday.  Shipping days do not include the weekend.  If you have an urgent order, please contact us directly to see if its possible.

Shipping to all 50 states in the United State is free.  Shipping will be by USPS or UPS at our discretion.

All orders receive an email notice of shipping status and delivery confirmation.  Please track your orders.  If you have not received your shipment and your notice says "delivered" contact us immediately to troubleshoot the issue.  If we are notified more than 4 days past the indicated delivery date, we are not responsible for missing packages.  If you are concerned about packages being stolen, please add "signature required" to the notes at checkout.

Other International Orders

We are currently only shipping within the United States.
